Recap Activity: Sailing Weekend
Last weekend, 30 adventurous Alembicers set off on an unforgettable journey: the annual Sailing Weekend!
This year’s destination was the picturesque village of Heeg, where five boats carried our crew across the beautiful Heegermeer. While sailing was the main event, the fun didn’t stop on the water. The FYCo kicked off the first evening with a lively karaoke night, where everyone had the chance to sing their hearts out. The second evening brought a competitive twist with the boat battle, featuring a special sailing-themed pub quiz to determine which crew were the true masters of the sea. Although Kapitein Bert’s boat won the quiz, the ultimate victory went to Boat 2, thanks to their excellent performance during the afternoon boat battle.
All in all, it was a weekend full of laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to see everyone again next year!
