Pilar Montes Acosta
Hi I'm Pilar and I'm the Chairwoman of the 63rd Board of C.T.S.G Alembic. I'm 21 years old and I moved to Enschede back in 2023. Currently I live in the lovely Enschede city center with my brother.
I became active in Alembic during my first year when I joined the First Year's Committee and during my second year I had a lot of fun organizing the prom and being part of the KIKSTart. I've really enjoyed what being active in Alembic has added to my student life since starting the study and I wanted to continue this by doing a board year.
More about myself, I am from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In my free time I mostly like hanging out with my friends and relaxing, but I also like doing some active stuff like playing tennis.I like watching movies and reading. I also really enjoy drawing but I get too locked in and forget to do anything else for 12 hours so I don't allow myself to draw as often.
As Chair of the board I chair our board meetings and GMAs but I also keep an eye on the association as a whole and how my fellow board mates are doing. I also contact other associations and other functional bodies at the UT. Usually you will find me at my desk in the board room but whenever I'm in the members room I'm always down to chat! Hi Everyone! I’m Tudor, Secretary of the 63rd Board of C.T.S.G. Alembic. I’m a 20-year-old from Romania’s oil capital, Ploiești, although I have moved around quite a bit! I went to international school in the UAE for a time before coming for the UT for its campus and student life. I quickly found there was more to the student experience here than I ever imagined and became active both within and outside of Alembic. I’ve done a board year as treasurer of De Klocus and am in all sorts of committees doing whatever sounds fun. Outside of student activism I like to play the guitar, I play badminton (when I have the time), and I like to mess around with home chemistry experiments.
As Secretary, I have quite a bit of freedom to juggle my function with what I find interesting. Of course, things get quite busy around GMAs where the clerical work has to be done, but outside of that, the role mainly involves keeping the backend of the association running. This means managing the board’s mail, schedules, member administration, and contact with other associations and alumni. My work then also ranges from maintaining our IT systems to planning our Alumni days to being editor in chief of the CaT to just generally being there to help people out!

Arwin Meijer
My name is Arwin and I am the Treasurer of the 63rd board of C.T.S.G. Alembic ‘De Glorie van Twente’.
For those that do not know me I am 20 years ago and come from Zwolle, where I’ve lived my whole life till I moved to the beautiful Sjaak63 on campus two years ago.
I have little twin brothers with whom I spend time in the weekends watching series, playing games and eating all the food our parents bought. During the week I can often be seen at Alembic drinks and activities, plus you can always walk into the board room if you want to talk with me!
I also enjoy playing soccer, both in Zwolle with my friend team or here in Enschede with STront aan C60 & Drienerlo, next to playing I am also a big Fc Twente & Manchester United fan and spend most weekends watching their matches.
Some other hobbies of mine are going to the gym, watching series and playing board/video games. Lastly, I am also part of WHAP, a fraternity with whom I try to have weekly drinks.

My name is Tristan Koene and this year I will be the Commissioner of External Affairs of C.T.S.G. Alembic. This means that I will be busy with the career orientation of our members whilst also ensuring income for the association!
A little bit about myself, I am currently 20 years old and I come from the beautiful city of Amersfoort, near the center of the Netherlands. I have now lived in Enschede for a little over 2 years in my ‘niche’ student house near the city center of Enschede. Throughout my youth I have played lots of football and I still am a huge Feyenoord supporter. Furthermore, I also like to run, as I have already ran 2 half marathons and 1 full marathon! Last but not least, I also like to enjoy a drink every now and then and you will probably see me at quite some Alembic events throughout the year.
I hope this gives some insight as to who I am, and I am sure I will talk to a lot of you at or around Alembic!!

My Name is Enya, and I am the Commissioner of Educational Affairs. For the upcoming year, I will be busy being in contact with the programme staff, ordering the right books for each module, and being in touch with research groups. You can come to me with questions about the programme, your module or Alembic and I will try my best to help you!
A little bit about myself, I grew up Bergen op Zoom, which is a town in Brabant. I now live on campus and I like hanging out with my housemates. I enjoy watching movies and playing video games. I also like doing sports, I love to swim, go for a run and cycle. I am also active with my Dispuut, and we go to the Beiaard every other week to drink some craft beers!

Pedro Vivanco Garcia
I’m Pedro, the Commissioner of Internal Affairs of the 63rd Board of C.T.S.G Alembic! I am 20 years old and I am from São Paulo, Brazil. I started studying CSE in 2024 and became active that same year. I really connected with the people of the association and enjoyed organizing and participating in Alembic events, which is part of the reason why I applied to become a Board member this year! In my free time I like playing video games with my friends, hanging out with friends and I’m also part of the Universities Handball team.
Being the Commissioner of Internal affairs means I oversee most of the committees, making sure everything is running smoothly and making sure they organize fun activities. In addition to that, I also organize TNW integration activities with the other internals of the faculty.
Being the Internal Affairs also means that I am the face of the association, so if you have any question or just want to yap for a bit feel free to pass by and ask!
