In the Chemical Industry, there are multiple ways to create energy and thus multiple fields where you can find work as a Chemical Engineer. The most well known of these fields is working in a refinery. Here you can do work as for example a:

Food is also an area that you can work in. This can be in developing and maintaining the processes that make the food, but also in the developing of food. Some of the options are:

You can also go into the cosmetics field. This can be from soaps to make-up to hair products. In this field aswell, you can focus on developing and maintaining the processes, but also that you can focus on developing new types of cosmetics. This can be in some of the following jobs:

It is also possible to focus more on data and modelling, which has some of the following jobs:

• Machine Learning Engineer
• Process Modelling Engineer
• Data Scientist

An other options is to focus more on either quality control, like is the chemical pure enough, does it fits the requirements that it needs etc., or safety. Here you focus on ensure the safety within the process, for the people on the plant, but also surounding it. This field has the following options:

• Health & Safety Engineer
• Risk Assessment Engineer
• Compliance Engineer
