Strudent assistant - ChipTech Winter School
Would you like to help run an international high-tech event with around 200 Master’s and PhD students from India?We are looking for an enthusiastic student assistant to join the team behind the Indo-Dutch Online Semiconductor School.The Winter School takes place 14–18 December 2026 and focuses on semiconductors, ChipTech and the technologies shaping the future. The University of Twente is developing the curriculum together with partners in the Netherlands and India.What will you do?
You will help us behind the scenes with both the preparation and delivery of the Winter School. Your tasks may include:
- putting presentations and other materials into the correct UT format;
- collecting and organising content;
- supporting video recordings;
- helping out during the live streams;
- making sure speakers and materials are ready at the right time;
- jumping in wherever needed.
In short: a hands-on role where you get to see how an international online programme is created and delivered.
Who are we looking for?
A student who is organised, comfortable with PowerPoint and digital tools, and happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.An interest in ChipTech, semiconductors or a related field is a plus.
Hours: flexible, approx. 3–10 hours per week
Start: as soon as possible
Project ends: 18 December 2026
